The Louisville Rowing Club gets mentioned in a Courier-Journal Scene cover story. Our own Tori Murden becomes the first woman and first American to row solo across the Atlantic. (The June 2000 issue of Women's Sports and Fitness includes photographs and an article by club member Martha Barnette about Tori's historic journey).
